Ab Glider

This machine is pretty amazing. I was actually able to demo this one in the office and i'm pretty impressed with the quality that this machine has.

I will be the first to admit that I thought it looked gimick or that it wouldn't work, but I was wrong. It really works you within the first minute your abs are feeling the burn and getting a great workout.

I would recommend this machine to anyone that is looking for a great ab workout... however i would wait until about Oct. to make a purchase because they are currently on a backorder from so many orders that Proform has had.
