This Nordictrack Treadmill did the trick.

I was able to run a mile today on this treadmill. I was very excited to run on this because it is a pretty high quality unit.

I got a very good workout and was able to run comfortably at about 8 mph during this 1 mile run. It held up to the pounding that I gave to it and i had no complaints at all.

I especially like how the machine has the Quick speed and quick incline. It was able to adjust to the incline/speed very quickly.

I would highly recommend this item to anyone interested in a running unit.
