Commercial ZS

Today I was able to test the NordicTrack Commercial ZS. The link can be found here. For $999 this machine is an AMAZING buy. It has a lot of very nice features that make this machine a great deal.

It has 2.5" rollers that are very smooth a 60" length treadbelt and a 3.0 CHP motor. All of these contribute to the great experience you will get on this machine. It was glitch free and the console was very user friendly.

I would highly reccomend this treadmill for the price of $999. I think there are very few machines that will compare with this value while being under $1000.

Nordic Track C4 SI

I was able to test out the Nordic Track C4 SI bike. This was a very smooth ride and I was very impressed with the stability of this bike. The link to the description of the bike can be found HERE.

One thing I particularly liked was the way the resistance worked. I was able to go about 5 miles on this bike and worked my way up through the resistance levels. I started with very low resistance and started to crank it up, similar to moving up through the gears on an outdoor bike. Towards the end of the workout i took a quick breather, then was amazed at how hard it was to start pedaling again (because the resistance was so high). This method allowed me to keep up a high resistance, high calorie burn workout and it felt so much like an outdoor bicycle.

Overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the bike market... If you go to http://www.nordictrack.com/ you can usually catch great deals like free shipping or special sales for holidays and such.
